Hon1 CLIの配布サイト https://cli.hon1.linacta.or.jp/ を公開。UIだけをCloudflare Workers Static Assetsに置き、配布ファイルはForgejoと同じGeniの /opt/hon1-cli/releases/v1.1.0/ に保存します。既存Tunnelの /cli-downloads/ をUnixソケットの専用サービスへ転送。バイナリはno-storeで配信し、Rangeにも対応します。

Windows x64・macOS Apple Silicon ARM64・Linux x64/ARM64のPython不要な実行ファイルを作成。公式fj 0.6.0とライセンスを同梱し、SHA-256を公開します。Macは実Mac上でPyInstaller/Rustを使用。OpenSSL 3.6.3を静的リンクするため、固定コミットへbuild依存のvendored設定を追加し、Cargo.lockを保存しました。runtimeの動的依存はMac標準ライブラリのみ。macOSの資格情報保存先も公式fjに合わせています。

検証: Python 10テスト成功。Windows x64の起動・fj委譲、Ubuntu 24.04 x64/ARM64とmacOS 26.6.2 ARM64でパッケージ導入・hon1/fj起動を確認。Macは別HOMEで未認証statusも確認し、保存したロックファイルとビルド手順で再ビルド成功。公開HTTPSから6配布物を全バイト取得しSHA-256一致。公開UIのデスクトップ/390px表示、OSタブ、4ダウンロードリンクをブラウザー確認。配布サービスのHEAD/Range/不正メソッド・パス・ディレクトリ一覧拒否を確認。

制限: Mac Intel版、Developer ID署名・Apple公証、実ブラウザーOAuthログインは未検証/未実施です。ForgejoのPrivate範囲・既存認証・DBは変更していません。DEPLOYMENT.mdに運用・ロールバックを記載。
